What About Hope? (Weekly Devotional)

As with the Transfiguration – a miraculous event of our Lord, our hearts long for such everlasting moments in our lives. Like a very excited Peter, we too may be overexcited, wanting to preserve each of our own priceless moments.

God places such moments, as well as memories, hopes and dreams, in our lives. God, who gave us such precious gifts in the first place, also help us to keep them alive in our hearts when and where we can revisit them time and time again. No wonder, for deep and wonderful is the Lord our God.

May the light of Christ be transfigured in your life,
