Welcoming the 40 days through Lent, may we be mindful of God’s gift of time. Time is precious all the time, just as God is precious to the believer. The travelling time alone may be an exciting and adventurous journey as one contemplates penitence and self-reflection.
 
As the Lenten season bids us to reflect upon God, ourselves, and each other, may we wholeheartedly take into account the true marks of a Christian, that our way of living transcends actions of genuine love, peace, and forgiveness.
