Pentecost (Weekly Devotional)

Weekly devotional based on the sermon of Sun. May 24, 2015

With the liturgical color of red, God's message of love stands in our midst celebrating the Holy Spirit's coming as with fire. It is within each believer's heart, when and where the Spirit plants faith. Our faith is a gift that we're given without achievement so it can only be received, hence the Spirit prepares and makes the way open.

The Holy Spirit intercedes on our behalf and teaches us to pray. We too, like the first disciples, should be amazed and perplexed over what God has done, is doing, and yet will be doing in our lives.

As we celebrate the ongoing life of the Spirit among us, may we proclaim the good news of salvation for all!
